                    CALENDAR

                    • Doors open about 15 minutes before class begins and lock 10 minutes after unless it's a Mysore class. The door is always open during morning Mysore Ashtanga.
                    • If attending morning Mysore Ashtanga and NEW to yoga or Ashtanga, please arrive at 6am until you are more familiar with the routine. Once you become familiar with the Ashtanga practice, you can start showing up to Mysore classes as you please. This can take a couple weeks or more, depending on your level of commitment.
