The basic structure of workshops is two hours of Asana, Pranayama practice in the early morning followed by ‘Satsang’ question and answer. In the afternoon two hours of a meditative lecture “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali”.
Evening approximate one hour of kirtan (devotional songs, guided meditation and pranayama.)
Be introduced into a spiritual art of living, purification and rejuvenation of body and mind. Achieve a basic knowledge of eastern thought, culture, and philosophy.
Lessons are designed to promote well-being, positive relationships, self-confidence, control of body and mind to enable the practitioner to lead a creative, self-contained life. And above all, to make yoga a joyful experience of spiritual life as the ultimate goal.
Basic activities participants will be doing during the program: Kriyas (Yogic Cleansing Techniques), Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, lectures on Yoga Philosophy, Guided Meditation, Satsang (question & answer) and Kirtan (devotional chanting).
