We suggest those new to yoga or our style of teaching to take 10 classes your first 10 days or 21 classes your first month if you're ambitious. You will be amazed with not only what your body can do but also how you look and feel!

We know that your first yoga class can be an intimidating experience. You don't have to be flexible or fit to practice yoga, nor do you have to be able to read to go to school. That's putting the horse before the carriage.
The benefits of yoga can be felt immediately and seen over time, but for the best results yoga should be practiced frequently over time. Consistency is key. Many of our students from all walks of life have found many unexpected benefits by practicing yoga with us, and chances are you will too!
People often ask if we have beginner classes. Level 1 classes are beginner level. Level 2 is intermediate. Most of our classes are Level 1/2, which means we accommodate all levels and beginners are welcome. There are fit and unfit beginners. If you are physically unfit or just want to take it wasy, then take a GENTLE class. Which classes are gentle you might ask? It will say it in the title of the class. If you are fit or want to work hard and challenge your edge, then take the Level 1/2 classes. There are level 1 modifications for all postures, so step outside your comfort zone and try a vigorous class! Level 2 classes require that you get permission to attend. Please email or speak to the teacher directly to be accepted to intermediate classes.
