Sub Request procedures
SUB REQUEST PROCEDURESIn order to build your classes, you need to be there consistently. If you sub out more than 20% of your classes and attendance suffers, we may give your class to someone else. You were chosen to be a permanent teachers because we believe in you and that you are able and willing to build a particular time slot.
If you need to sub out a class, please follow these steps to help us keep track of these emails.

- EMAIL management at [email protected] and copy all the teachers you would like to sub your class.

- Once you find a sub, both of you need to have reply to [email protected] confirming the coverage. Then management will update the SUB change MBO (Mind Body Online).

Best practices when you're alone in the studio
- Keep the front door locked if the lobby/front desk is unattended or someone we trust is in the lobby.
- Do not let people you do not trust or know use the bathroom unattended.
- Do not let new customers distract you and one of them run off alone. Keep them together. They will divide and conquer. If two come in and one asks to use the bathroom, we say sorry but I can't let you do that. Please try the Smoothie Factory a few doors down.
- Only show prospective clients the studio and they can glance at the props and bathroom doors but do not let them take you in the bathroom and leave the front unattended. Do not do this and leave the front door unlocked.
- What it boils down to: use your common sense and stay vigilant among those who may want to steal from us/hurt us.
- The people in the flier below came with a likely story about being new to the studio and stole from our us/customers and left without joining class. It hurt our business because two students never came back and one of them is demanding almost $1k for her losses.
